I specialise in selected villa and townhouse communities across Sharjah, with a focus on understanding not just the property, but the community, its ownership structure, developer, location and long-term relevance.

For me, the process starts before the viewing. In Sharjah, ownership eligibility can shape the entire search, so I begin by understanding what is possible for you, then narrow it down to the communities and homes that genuinely fit.

My experience has been built across different sides of the Sharjah market. I am currently with Savills, and previously worked with Betterhomes and BEEAH, where I was directly involved with Khalid Bin Sultan City. That experience has given me an understanding of Sharjah that goes beyond individual listings, from developers and communities to the practical realities of buying and handing over a home.

I believe good advice should be clear, considered and honest. If a property does not make sense for your requirements, I will tell you. If there is a better option elsewhere within my area of expertise, I will point you towards it.
